Dinosaur Birthday Card

I hope everyone is having a good Sunday, I know I am.  Started out my day having breakfast with my husband before he had to go to work.  One of the things I needed to do for sure was make a birthday card for my nephew, who will be turning 11 on Saturday.  Soooo, no flowers or bling on this card. But I think I did pretty good. I made a shape card using Create A Critter and my Gypsy. Do you know how much I love my Gypsy??? LOTS!

Recipe
Card Size 5 1/4"
All paper was from my scrap stash, I love using up this paper
Cricut cartridges used, Create A Critter & George and Basic Shapes

Dinosaur and all layers cut at 5 1/4"
Rectangle cut at W1.09"xH1.47" (George and Basic Shapes)

Thank You Card

I made this card for a friend of mine.  I really like the way it came out.  The zebra stamp is the very first stamp I bought me years ago when I started stamping.  I have always loved this image, I think it's so elegant. I colored my young lady with copic markers (I actually received my monthly shipment today).

Recipe

Card Size 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 (A2 size)
Paper - scrap stash
Ribbon - scrap stash
Stamps - Riding Zebra, Ducks In A Row, Joan Farber

Lumier Card

I received an email from Pink By Design about a little boy in Iowa who is fighting Leukemia.  Max Low is a 12 year old who has been battling cancer for half of his life.  His doctors recently told his parents to enjoy the time they have left with him.  His wish is to get 1 million cards, at the time of the email he had received about 23,000.  So to help Max reach his goal Pink By Design sent out the email to help make his wish come true.

This is my card for Max. I had a time getting this done because I kept having trouble with my cuts, but I think I finally got it.  However, I ended up coloring his eyes using my  white Sakura Gelly Roll Pen.  I believe it came out alright, which was a good thing because I lost my teeny white pieces.

Recipe

Card size 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches
Cricut Cartridge - Disney - Princesses Dreams Come True
Lumier and layers cut @ 5 inches
Paper - Mat Stack, Childhood - Making Memories
Martha Stewart Lattice Edge Punch
Stampin Up Grosgrain Ribbon  - Chocolate Chip
Stamps - Paris Rubber Stamps, Hero Arts Warm Smile

Froggies Anniversary Card

My second card I did, I thought came out really cute.  The only cricut cut is the white background of the stamped image, but still love the way they came out. I know my cards are now out of order, but that's alright too.  The sentiment on the inside of the card reads "to a toadally awesome couple".

White rectangle cut @ 3 1/2
Peachy Keen Stamp Set - Mark and Sharon Love Frogs
Shimmer florish chipboard - Making Memories
Ribbon - Papertrey Inc.
Cardstock from my scrap stash
Stickles
Copic Markers

Wall-E Birthday

First let me say sorry about the picture being a little blurry.  I made this card for my sons' birthday. I used the Best of Pixar cartridge and cut Wall-E and all the layers at 5 inches. This was a little time consuming since there were so many pieces. I really do like the way this card came out and my son loved it!

Recipe for Card

Card Size 6 1/2x 5 inches
Best of Pixar cartridge
black and blue paper from my scrap stash
all papers for Wall-E from my scrap stash
comment bubble from Best of Pixar can't remember the size
EK Success bubble edge punch
orange buttons from my stash
dimensionals
zig two-way glue pen
